Lucía Cohen is a Strategic Communication consultant with experience in politics, government, and public policy. She has coordinated communications for institutions, political campaigns, and public sector reforms—specializing in messaging, content creation, and narrative strategy.
She coordinated the communication for Uruguay’s Social Security Reform and served as Head of the Monitoring Unit at the Public Policy Monitoring and Evaluation Agency of the Uruguayan Presidency. She was also Press Director at Uruguay’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and coordinated the communication for the presidential campaigns of Álvaro Delgado (2024) and Ernesto Talvi (2019).
She is a speechwriter and content strategist with over 10 years of experience in journalism.
She worked at Univision in the U.S., and at El País and El Observador in Uruguay.
She holds a Master’s in Culture and Society from the London School of Economics and a Master’s in Political Communication from American University in Washington,D.C., where she was a Fulbright Scholar.
She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French, knows Italian and Portuguese.
